To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ketivee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
